Digitalizing beach rentals started as a way to eliminate paper slips, cash handling, and verbal coordination. But as EasyLazy expanded, the challenge shifted from replacing sunbed booking books – to supporting an entire beachside operation.
Guests lacked guidance, staff had little booking visibility, and operators needed a unified platform – not just for reservations, but also for food and drink orders, activity ticketing, and real-time service management. Reeinvent worked closely with the EasyLazy team to understand those evolving needs, designing a system that’s simple for guests, reliable for staff, and flexible enough to adapt from one beach to a whole network.

The Solution
Reeinvent collaborated with the beach operator to rethink the entire guest flow – from how loungers are reserved, to how drinks are ordered, and how tickets are sold for local activities.
We started by simplifying the user experience. Booking a sunbed, ordering lunch, or reserving a boat tour now takes just a few taps. A single interface covers everything, making it easy for guests to plan their beach day in seconds.
Behind the scenes, we implemented real-time syncing across all modules, giving staff a live overview of reservations, orders, and capacity – all while reducing manual coordination and errors.
