About the Role

We are looking for a Solution Architect with strong experience in the Microsoft ecosystem and a growing interest in AI-enabled solutions. You will work closely with a large Swedish client while also contributing to our own AI-focused product initiatives.

This role combines architecture, technical leadership, and mentorship in an environment focused on modern cloud technologies and long-term sustainable solutions.

What you'll do

Take ownership of solution architecture and technical direction across client and internal initiatives.
Lead and support development teams through architectural guidance and technical mentorship.
Design, review, and evolve modern cloud-based solutions in production environments.
Support AI-related solution design, integrations, and modern AI services.
Define architecture guidelines, security standards, governance principles, and integration patterns.
Collaborate closely with engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders.
Balance business value, scalability, maintainability, and cost considerations.
Contribute to technology decisions and innovation initiatives within the Microsoft ecosystem.

What matters to us

Strong experience with Azure cloud architecture and enterprise solution design.
Experience with .NET and modern backend development.
Experience working with integrations, APIs, data platforms, and cloud-native architectures.
Interest in AI technologies and modern AI concepts such as LLMs, RAG, MCP, and AI orchestration.
Experience mentoring developers or leading technical teams.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Pragmatic, quality-focused approach to architecture and long-term sustainability.
Curiosity and willingness to explore emerging technologies.

Technical background

~8–10 years of experience working with Microsoft technologies.
Strong experience with Azure and enterprise cloud environments.
Experience with .NET and modern backend development.
Familiarity with Python and/or AI/ML-related development is considered a strong plus.
Understanding of enterprise security, governance, and compliance requirements.
Experience with Microsoft Foundry, Copilot ecosystem, or similar AI technologies is beneficial.
