About the Role

We already work AI-first in how we build software, and in Split you'll be part of a team applying it in real projects. From day one, you'll work hands-on with modern technologies while contributing to scalable full-stack solutions.

At the same time, we're building our own multi-agent platform, and we're looking for developers who are curious to explore where this is going, not just follow what's already known.

What you'll do

  • Work with clients to shape ideas into real solutions.
  • Build and improve full-stack applications using modern JavaScript technologies (React, TypeScript, Node.js and related frameworks) and .NET.
  • Collaborate across teams on architecture and delivery.
  • Ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability.

What matters to us

  • Experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems (React, Next.js, Node.js, .NET or similar front-end/back-end frameworks).
  • A practical, problem-solving mindset.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn.
  • Clear communication and collaboration.
  • Interest in AI and emerging AI engineering patterns (RAG, MCP, agentic workflows, multi-agent systems or similar).

You don't need to be an AI expert, but you should be curious about where technology is going.
