Alfa Laval is a global industrial leader whose technologies support heat transfer, separation and fluid handling in some of the world’s most critical industries. For a company operating at that scale, information is the fuel that keeps decisions moving.

As the product portfolio grew and digitalization accelerated, employees had to navigate many different systems, teams and documents to find what they needed. To fix this, Alfa Laval needed more than a generic search tool or yet another system. Reeinvent led the product and platform development: mapping information flows, shaping the conversational experience and building the components that let Alva pull data from multiple systems into one trusted answer.
System Verification brought in deep QA and test expertise to make sure Alva is stable, reliable and safe to rely on. They helped validate how the platform behaves under real-world usage and ensured it meets Alfa Laval’s quality and compliance requirements.
