A code and its key
The code goes to the person. The key goes into this page in HubSpot. Neither opens anything without the other.
Shown only now and saved nowhere. If you lose them, create a new pair.
Who has access
Removing someone stops their code from opening the HQ and from changing anything, within a minute. What they already saw stays with them. People set up in the page editor are not listed here.
Then, in HubSpot
- 1Open this page in the page editorIn HubSpot, open the Breakfast Club HQ page for editing and click the dashboard to see its fields.
- 2Add the person under "7 · Who has access"Name, organization, email, Active on and the Access key from above.
- 3Publish, then send the person their codeFrom that moment their code opens the HQ.
To take access away, switch that person's Active off in the same list and publish.
